Evaluation of Synchronism of Left Ventricule in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy by Strain Rate Imaging
Objective: To evaluate the value of strain rate imaging (SRI) detecting synchronism of left ventricular in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
Methods: Twenty-one patients with HCM were divided into 3 groups by thickness of interventricular septum and left ventricular wall :1non hypertrophy (NH), wall thickness ( WT)≤11 mm, 101segments; 2mild hypertrophy(MH), 11 mm
Results: Compared with controls, TSSR and TESR of MH and SH of HCM delayed significantly; compared with controls, TESR of NH delayed significantly, but there were no significant difference in TSSR; TSSR and TESR the three groups of HCM delayed in order, NH
