Study on Grade and Stage of Liver Fibrosis by Micro-Alike 3D Ultrasound

  • Objective: to appraisal the clinical value of the micro-3D-like ultrasound on the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
    Method: The 2D ultrasound low frequency detecting head and the 3D ultrasound detection mode were adopted ,we adopted the method of coordinate bias or sector scan to scan the lives of 580 CBV patients .According to the most 3D construction mode ,we perceive the C-side of the imagining after suitable magnify .And part cases were compared with the pathologic results and the fibrosis index of serum.
    Results: According to the condition of the distribution of live parenchyma, and the resonance of the edge of the live parenchyma ,the strong strip resonance in live parenchyma ,and if the live have fusion of resonance or not and if the live have nodus like resonance and the change of the imaging of the compartment and the gap of live .we can judge if the patient has chronic inflammation of the live or not According to the character of the low local echo ,judging if the patient has chronic inflammation of live or not.
    Conclusion: the micro-3D like ultrasound imaging can be used to diagnosis of all kinds of live fibrosis and the chronic inflammation lesion.
