Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy Presenting as Psuedo-Acute Myocardial Infarction
This paper describes the case of a 65-year-old man with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy presenting as pseudo acute myocardial infarction. The patient received an emergency coronary angiography due to suspected acute myocardial injury diagnosed by electrocardiogram, with a negative finding. This is the first reported case of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy presenting as pseudo acute myocardial infarction in a patient found to be free from coronary abnormalities.
