  • Aims: In the treatment in carcinoma of liver, the ultrasound test is. In the treatment of hepatoma, the ultrasound test is bearing the central role. However, the lowness of objectivity is a fault. The objectivity of an ultrasound test is improving by introduction of 4D probe, and Raw data management in equipment. It enforced using such mechanisms and its original work software which are reported since we evaluated clinical usefulness of Volume Matching, and a magnetic sensor.
Method: The hepatoma case was set as the target. Post Processing which specifies three different points on Exterior PC, respectively performed alignment, and it performed the following three kinds of procedures. 1)Comparison of sonogram and sonogram:It transmits and was original with PC besides equipment, and volume data of two sonograms was compared using the software which rectifies the developed space coordinate. 2)Comparison with sonogram and CT(DICOM volume data).3)When an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment with a magnetic sensor is used. Equipment:LOGIQ7 and LOGIQ E9(GE Healthcare)
Result and Conclusion: The proper space coordinate correction was possible also for ultrasonogram. Introduction of a magnetic sensor made alignment of a picture easy. Volume data matching of US-US and CT-US was useful to the followup of the tumor in tumor of liver diagnosis, centesis treatment, and a curative effect judging. It was expected that the usefulness of the ultrasound diagnosis in tumor of liver medical examination increases by propelling a picture support system from now on.
